A policy reference is not a verdict

The return notice describes seller agreement and item eligibility as conditions in the agent’s process. Inspection records may help explain a missing or damaged item, but they do not by themselves settle responsibility, compensation or a refund.

Ask which process applies to your order, what information is still needed and what deadline is relevant. If an answer is unclear, request a written explanation and the applicable term. Keep records rather than treating an initial message as the end of the matter.

The decision check shows one situation at a time. For a complete purchase, start with the buying guide.
