Open the full official Help Centre. Oopbuy’s notice pages load their content through an API; an HTTP 200 for the page shell alone does not prove that a particular article still exists.
Where source wording needs care
Storage: older help pages contain different extension limits. The customized logistics article checked 2026-10-14 describes 90 free days plus one paid 30-day extension. Check the account’s item deadline and extension option; historical references are not combined into a different limit.
Returns: the article uses both “5-day” and “7-day” context. Its request instructions specify 120 hours beginning at the next hour after “Stocked in.” This guide uses those instructions while keeping eligibility and fee conditions visible.
Company: the terms record names a Hong Kong entity, while an App Store record names a Xiamen entity. The guide attributes the company statement to the terms and does not merge those names or infer a founding year.
Prices and payments: quotes depend on the item, method and route. No unverified exchange-rate percentage or current coupon value is inferred from a dated screenshot.
Official announcements and community reports
Use the official site and Help Centre for current announcements, policy updates and campaign terms. A coupon has its own eligibility and expiry; this guide does not promise a particular offer or tell you an old promotion is still active.
Community reviews can reveal questions worth investigating, such as communication, condition on arrival or a particular shipping experience. Look for dates, order context and supporting evidence, and compare more than one account. A review count or confident anecdote does not establish reliability or current policy.
